Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines. Dependable, positive attitude, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. ServSafe certification a plus (or willing to obtain).

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve meals in accordance with planned menus and resident dietary needs. Ensure food is prepared and served at proper temperatures and in a sanitary manner. Assist with kitchen cleanup and dishwashing as needed. Follow all safety and infection control policies. Work collaboratively with dietary aides and other team members to ensure resident satisfaction.
