Responsibilities include

Process weekly AP draws Scan deposits to the bank Scan bank reconciliation for record-keeping Distribute financial draw information Conduct and balance monthly AP audits Enter biweekly payroll invoices Compile month-end reports received from the site teams Requirements: Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred Must be self-motivated with attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively communicate and meet deadlines Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide mathematical figures Additional Information: Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is a leader in the property management industry.

Compensation
