Job description

Customer Experience Associate provide assistance to customers, greeting patrons, helping locate products, ensuring the store is organized, and operating the cash register. They have excellent customer service skills with a focus on prompt, efficient, and courteous service. Hours vary based on the employer; on-the-job-training is typically offered.

Customer Experience Associate Duties and Responsibilities While their employer determines customer experience associates’ day-to-day duties, there are many core tasks associated with the role.
