Officer/ Senior Officer, Medical Partnership

Key Responsibilities

Achieve core business target on strategic goal Serve as a strategic bridge between core business and external healthcare providers to identify and convert potential business opportunities Provide daily on-site clinic visit Maintain strong, long-term relationships with Affiliate Providers and Solo Doctors Act as the primary point of contact for network partners, gathering feedback and ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction and engagement Develop and execute actionable strategic plans, partnership initiatives, and engagement programs to foster deeper collaboration with network doctors and clinics Actively participate in user feedback and system enhancement initiatives for the D&I platform to improve operational efficiency and tracking Analyse network performance and clinic visit insights to refine partnership strategies Assist to streamline and optimize the referral mechanism and participate in enhancing D&I system Requirements Requirements: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills to interface effectively with medical professionals Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable with daily field activity and clinic visit.
