Lead Selector- 2nd shift 230-11 pm

Job Characteristics

• Order sorting and prioritizing shipments
• Assign selectors to daily tasks
• Responsible for training new associates
• Controls ship complete board
• Collaborates with customer service to determine order of shipments
• Answers selecting questions from associates Required Skills
• Keen memory in regards to warehouse layout and inventory levels
• Computer familiarity with ERP (Macola)
• Close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Written and verbal English communication skills
• Collaborate effectively and work well in a team environment
• Strict attention to safety procedures and guidelines including wearing all personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Willingness to keep and maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Punctual and able to adhere to attendance policy Required Education/Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Education/Experience
• Experience working in a manufacturing/industrial facility
