We're looking for a strategic and analytical Winston Product Manager to join our team in Levallois-Perret, France. In this role, you will drive the vision and strategy for our product offerings, leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that delight our customers.
The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership capabilities with a customer-centric mindset, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed product decisions and shape the future direction of our product portfolio. Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and market opportunities Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats Gather and analyze customer feedback, user research, and behavioral data to inform product decisions and prioritize features Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to successfully execute product initiatives and deliver on commitments Define product requirements, specifications, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders Manage the complete product lifecycle from conception through launch, including planning, development, testing, and go-to-market execution Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics to measure success and identify areas for optimization Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed about industry trends and best practices Manage product budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations, communicate progress, and address concerns throughout the product development process Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient product development and continuous improvement 3+ years of proven product management experience in a corporate or technology environment Demonstrated expertise in developing product strategy and creating comprehensive product roadmaps Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, metrics, and user insights to drive decision-making Experience leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies Excellent understanding of the product lifecycle and go-to-market strategies Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience with product analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies Proven ability to conduct market and competitive analysis Customer-focused mindset with experience gathering and incorporating user feedback Detail-oriented approach to defining product requirements and specifications Preferred: Experience with SaaS or technology products Preferred: Technical product knowledge or background Preferred: Experience managing product budgets and resource allocation Preferred: Familiarity with customer research methodologies and user experience principles See more information about our AI policy and GDPR here.
