JOB SUMMARY

Performs clerical accounting duties involving routine calculations, verifications, and postings according to standard procedures and methods. MAJOR DUTIES: Accounts Payable Duties: Enters accounts payable invoice batches Codes invoice batches with vendor number, term, etc. Keys in vendor invoices and credit memos for payment Files accounts payable check copies and backup paperwork Maintains A/P files Investigate and resolve customer queries including credit reference requests Process credits to customer accounts and other adjustments Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally Assist Accounting Specialist and others when necessary Orders and maintains accounting general office supplies Performs other duties as necessary Qualifications: What We Offer – Total Rewards Package: ANNUAL BONUS for ALL team members ANNUAL Wage Increases to reward your dedication Competitive Pay Based on Experience $2.

Must possess good computer skills including data entry and must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Word. In addition, good math and verbal communication skills are essential. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Some bending and twisting are required. Routine duties will occasionally require lifting approximately 10-20 pounds (and periodically heavier loads.)
