Kitchen Stewarding Associate

Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, and other equipment. Operate dishwashing machines and other stewarding equipment safely. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas, washing stations, and stewarding stores. Follow hotel food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards. Segregate and dispose of waste as per hotel procedures.

Handle kitchen equipment and cleaning chemicals safely. Maintain proper storage of clean utensils and equipment. Support kitchen operations during peak service hours and special events. Follow occupational health and safety guidelines. Perform any other duties assigned by the Stewarding Supervisor or Executive Steward.
