Team OTR 21 : $0.95 or $0.98/mile Team OTR 21 Holiday Fleet: $1.01 or $1.04mile (includes an additional 5¢/mile extra on all paid miles run in a calendar year, to be paid in one lump sum the first quarter of the following year).
