You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required.

Experience leading a team within a busy, high volume hospitality or retail environment - think supermarkets, fast-food, pubs/clubs, restaurants or similar Experience delivering exceptional customer service Exceptional communication skills Passion for inspiring, leading and developing your team What's in it for you?
