Appointment Center Representative

Midstate Basement Systems is looking for a dependable, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and can keep customers and our field teams on track. WHAT YOU’LL DO Customer Communication: Answer incoming calls, respond to customer questions, and provide timely follow-up. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule sales appointments, annual maintenance visits, and service calls.

Installation Scheduling: Coordinate installation schedules with customers and production crews. Problem Solving: Take ownership of customer concerns and work toward timely resolutions. Team Support: Work closely with sales, service, production, and office personnel to keep operations running smoothly. Organization & Accuracy: Maintain accurate records, complete data entry, and manage customer information.

Customer Experience: Help create a positive experience for every customer, from the first call through project completion. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment. Comfortable using computers and learning new software.

A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and team-first mindset. Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and follow through. Previous customer service or scheduling experience preferred.
