WHAT YOU'LL DO

Welcome customers, build rapport, and create a positive dealership experience from the moment they walk through the door. Match Customers with the Right Vehicle: Ask the right questions, understand their needs, and help them find a vehicle that fits their lifestyle and budget. Bring the Experience to Life: Showcase vehicle features, demonstrate technology, and take customers on test drives.

Turn Opportunities into Sales: Present pricing, discuss trade-ins, and work with our Finance team to help customers explore available options. Build Relationships That Last: Follow up with customers, answer questions, and deliver service that earns repeat business and referrals. Own Your Success: Work toward monthly sales goals, track opportunities, and stay motivated to achieve results.

Win as a Team: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Service, and Parts to deliver a seamless customer experience. Keep the Details on Track: Complete sales paperwork accurately and follow dealership procedures. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed. Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

A customer-first mindset and a genuine interest in helping people. Motivation to meet goals, overcome challenges, and turn opportunities into results. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus—but we're willing to train the right person! A willingness to work a dealership schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
