Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2017 and is a strong, growing team of six. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in banking and then spent 18 months as a team member in another agency, gaining valuable experience before opening my own office. I attended Calhoun Community College and Athens State University.

I’m married with three kids, and we stay very active as a family through sports like baseball, softball, and wrestling. We’re highly involved in the community, supporting local schools, participating in church activities, and engaging in events like Earth Day and the Home and Garden Show. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
