Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the company. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
