Weldline Production Helper

Assist with sanding, grinding, and welding support activities Set up and operate grinder/sander equipment per specifications Perform basic measurements and quality checks on parts Maintain safe, efficient production flow and support team operations Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and supervisor instructions Keep work areas clean and organized Operate grinding and sanding equipment to prepare and finish parts Support weldline operations to ensure production goals are met Inspect parts using measuring tools for accuracy and quality standards Lift, move, and handle materials up to 50 lbs Stand and work for extended periods (up to 12 hours) in varying conditions Work flexible schedules, including overtime or shift work as required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Basic computer skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Familiarity with measuring devices for diameter checks preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work in a team environment Ability to adapt to changing production needs and schedules
