Finance Industrial Placement 2027 Based: White City, London Duration: 6 months Start date: Monday, 4 January 2027 Applications open: 9 October Applications close: 23 October Salary: £26,936 per annum At L’Oréal, Finance helps guide business decisions and support the growth of our brands. By combining financial insight with a strong understanding of the business, our teams help shape plans and track performance.

As a Finance Intern, you’ll join one of our finance teams and support activities such as financial reporting, analysis and planning. Day to day, you may be: Analysing financial performance: Reviewing results, budgets and forecasts to help identify trends and opportunities Supporting reporting: Preparing and checking financial reports and management information Contributing to planning: Helping with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities Providing business insights: Working with colleagues to understand financial results and support decision-making Monitoring costs and performance: Tracking relevant expenses and key performance indicators Collaborating cross-functionally: Partnering with teams such as Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain to support business priorities To succeed in this role, you’ll need: Initiative and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proactivity and curiosity about finance and how businesses operate Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with numbers and data A balance of analytical skills and commercial curiosity The ability to work autonomously You are...
