Compensation

& Growth Starting hourly rate of $18 - $19 per hour Uncapped commission opportunities Average first-year earnings of $60,000+ Top performers have strong long-term income growth potential Ongoing training and support to help you succeed Opportunity to grow within a stable company with over 45 years in business Responsibilities Assist customers with auto insurance products and coverage options Develop and maintain strong client relationships Explain policy coverages and insurance options clearly and professionally Handle policy renewals and customer follow-ups Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and lead opportunities Maintain excellent customer service throughout the sales process Participate in ongoing insurance and sales training programs Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English Active Illinois Insurance Producer License (Casualty or Motor Vehicle minimum required) Sales-driven and motivated personality Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable and professional work ethic Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and in person Basic computer knowledge Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred Must be available to work 6 days per week, including Saturdays Benefits Paid Training Base Pay + Commission Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Paid Personal & Sick Days Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Company Paid Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Why Magnum Insurance Agency?
