The LPN will be responsible for providing nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Duties include monitoring patient health, administering medications, and assisting with patient assessments and treatments.

Responsibilities

Provide basic patient care and treatments, such as changing dressings and inserting catheters Administer medications and monitor patient reactions Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients Qualifications: Current LPN license in the state of practice Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills Ability to lift and move patients as needed
