Job Title: Junior Data Reconciliation Specialist (12-month fixed-term contract) Contract Type: Time Type: Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Data Reconciliation Specialist to support the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM. This is an excellent opportunity for a university student or early-career professional interested in finance, data analysis and financial systems.

You will support data validation, migration and reconciliation activities, helping ensure data accuracy and consistency during the transition from iScala to Oracle. Main Responsibilities Participate in the implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM. Perform data validation and reconciliation between iScala and Oracle systems.

Compare datasets from different sources to ensure accuracy and consistency, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Assist with data preparation and migration activities. Support the Financial Reporting team with consolidation, netting and other ad hoc tasks. Provide backup support to team members during temporary absences.

Profile Currently pursuing a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field. No previous professional experience required; a strong interest in working with numbers and financial systems is essential. Previous internships or relevant university projects would be an advantage. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with good working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Windows-based applications. Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as Python or SQL would be an advantage. Native-level Estonian and fluent English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are an asset.
