Front of House Supervisor – BM Caterers Location: 1 New Bailey, 4 Stanley Street, Salford, Manchester Salary: £17.02 p/h Contract: Part Time, 24h p/w Tuesday + Wednesday + Thursday, flexibility to work overtime Lead service with energy and confidence We’re looking for a Front of House Supervisor who can inspire a team, lead by example and help create an exceptional customer experience every day.

What you’ll be doing Supervising front of house service and daily standards Leading customer interaction with confidence and warmth Supporting, motivating and developing the team Helping deliver excellent client and customer satisfaction Ensuring procedures and standards are followed consistently Creating a positive and collaborative team culture Supporting day-to-day organisation and service flow What you’ll be doing Setting up and clearing hospitality areas Delivering food and drink service to a high standard Supporting meetings, events and functions Ensuring service areas remain clean, organised and presentation-ready Responding to customer requests with professionalism and care Working closely with colleagues to keep service smooth and efficient Following company procedures and service standards at all times What we’re looking for Previous experience in a supervisory hospitality role A confident and supportive leadership style Strong communication and people skills A passion for customer service A positive, solutions-focused mindset High standards and strong attention to detail Why join BM Caterers?
