We are seeking Bakery Operatives to join our production team. We are looking for motivated and hardworking Bakery Operatives to join our fast-paced production team in Newcastle-Under-Lyme. 💰 Salary: Starting at £28,791.60 increasing to £32,172.07 after successful completion of training. 🕙 Shifts: Average of 42 hours per week. This role operates 12-hour rotating shifts, on a varied shift pattern, including night work and weekends. Key Accountabilities As a Bakery Operative, you will play a key role in producing high-quality bakery products within a busy and highly regulated manufacturing environment.

🔹Engage in the Safety First culture and compliance with AB internal policies and procedures 🔹Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and housekeeping 🔹Monitor product quality and consistency 🔹Support the efficient operation of production lines 🔹Take part in training and development activities, including 1-to-1 sessions This is a physically demanding role in a fast-paced factory environment, so resilience, reliability and a positive attitude are essential.
