• LOS GATOS, CA, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $80000.00 - $110000.00Salary, Golden State Dermatology is seeking an experienced professional to assume day-to-day operational responsibility for our Medical and Cosmetic Dermatology offices in Los Gatos. This role will be responsible for the administrative, financial, and supervisory aspects of managing two active dermatology offices. Experience in both front-office and back-office management is required, as is experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. Duties/Specifics: Provide support and ensure effective, high-quality operations for a larger office with several medical providers and a single-provider office. Supervise a staff of 8+ Medical Assistants, Receptionists, and other personnel. Collaborate with corporate staff on financial, operational, and other practice management matters. We are seeking an expert who can balance the needs of our offices while implementing programs to enhance medical quality, customer service, and profitability within the clinics. This is a key leadership position for our presence in the Los Gatos market. The manager must be able to demonstrate: A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. The ability to respond to high demand for services in a productive and efficient manner. A commitment to staff training and team building to ensure responsiveness and adaptability to changes in healthcare delivery.

Qualifications

Prior experience in medical-surgical office operations, preferably in a management role. Prior experience with dermatology and cosmetic services experience is preferred. Strong quantitative skills, including budgeting, financial management, and making management decisions based on metrics. Experience with EMR systems and medical records systems is required.

Experience with e. Clinical. Works and Modernizing Medicine is a plus! College degree preferred. GSD strongly encourages employees to receive the COVID-19 primary series vaccination.
