Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service during breakfast hours and banquet events
• Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining and banquet areas
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of all service functions
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations and hotel policies Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and during banquet events as needed
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
