Rehabilitation Staffing Coordinator - Home Care

Position Summary

The Homecare Rehab Scheduling Coordinator assists the home care department in providing quality care and services to patients and their families by performing day-to-day staffing/scheduling functions and other administrative duties for the rehab team. The Scheduling Coordinator triages phone calls from and communicates information to patients and their families, facility staff, the therapists, and other department staff regarding scheduling and other pertinent issues.

Work Schedule: Monday -Friday 7:00am-3:30pm or 8a-4:30p Required Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer skills Team player Problem solving skills. Organized and detail oriented. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Computer application skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel and Word Preferred Qualifications: Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Post secondary education preferred.

Background in staffing/scheduling and/or customer service preferred. Experience in medical setting preferred.
