• Peacemakers Location: St. Louis Lambert International Airport, St Louis, MO, 63145 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cook to join the Peacemakers team at St. Louis Lambert International Airport. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment, ensuring food safety and customer satisfaction. This role requires a passion for cooking, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient service.

Assist in menu planning and development when required. Handle food storage and rotation to minimize waste. Respond promptly to customer requests and special dietary needs.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a cook in a fast-paced environment preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation practices. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
