About The Role

Four Seasons Hotel Miami is looking for Pool & Bahia Server who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our employees have the opportunity to shape our guests experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned organization.

What You Will Do

The position will assess the guest’s needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods. Offer guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.

Anticipate and service of guests' requirements before requests are necessary. What You Bring: Ideal candidates will have at 1-2 years food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience. Reading and oral proficiency in the English language. Must be able to work all shifts including, AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays.

Must have a strong F&B knowledge. Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions. Able to stand and walk up to 8 hours. Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
