1. Project Promotion and Management:

• DFA review for C23 models.
• Responsible for formulating and promoting cross-departmental automation project solutions.
• Manage project costs and schedules to ensure timely completion of work plans.

1. Resource Coordination and Progress Reporting:

• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure effective allocation of project resources.
• Regularly report project progress to superiors and relevant departments.

1. Requirement Analysis and Problem Solving:

• Confirm stakeholder needs and feasible solutions.
• Propose requirements for project changes, cost adjustments, or additional resources.

1. Meeting Organization and Issue Collection:

• Hold regular project meetings to discuss and collect issues, challenges, and potential risks related to project execution.
• Record meeting content and follow up on resolutions.

1. Application of Automation Technology:

• Apply automation technologies and tools to improve project execution efficiency.
• Continuously monitor the development of automation technologies and propose improvement suggestions.
