Accounting Clerk

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Create customer invoices within Microsoft GP and submit the invoices to the customer per the Purchase order. Address customer concerns or questions on the invoice and follow-up on the payment status. Maintain organized and up-to-date customer files Accurately apply sales tax based on customer's locale and exception status Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work overtime may be required during peak periods (e.g., month-end, year-end). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
