Preparation of cost estimates, bills of quantities and tender documents. Negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best prices and terms. Managing project budgets, including forecasting and monitoring costs. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all project-related costs and financial transactions.

Provide expert advice on procurement, risk management and cost-saving measures Requirements Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or any related field 3+ years of experience as a QS for tall buildings (does not have to be highrise buildings) Proficiency in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying (AutoCAD, MS Office) Benefits Salary Meal Allowance Transport Allowance BPJS
