• Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM As our Insurance Verification Specialist, you will help ensure accurate insurance verification, support collections efforts, and contribute to a positive financial experience for patients in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Every day you will verify insurance coverage, communicate with patients, payers, and internal teams, and manage multiple accounts while maintaining accuracy and timeliness. To thrive in this role, you must be detail-oriented, adaptable, organized, and able to work effectively under pressure while managing changing priorities. Here’s what you will experience working as an Insurance Verification Specialist: Verify patient insurance coverage accurately and efficiently Support collections efforts and help address patient financial responsibilities appropriately Communicate with patients, insurance companies, and internal departments to resolve insurance-related issues Manage multiple priorities while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and procedures Participate in Emergency Department on-call rotation twice per month and work some holidays as needed Required Skills: Previous insurance verification experience required Bilingual preferred High school diploma or equivalent Strong multitasking, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills For this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.12 - $23.21 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
