Junior Operations Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Support the day-to-day operations of a direct-to-consumer consumer health business, coordinating across suppliers, warehouses, technology partners, and internal teams. You will help improve supply chain and fulfillment processes so customers receive their orders efficiently.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate with producers, warehouses, and software providers to support order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Review operational workflows and identify process improvements and cost optimization opportunities.
• Support supply chain planning and logistics execution to meet delivery commitments.
• Use ERP and logistics tools to track shipments, inventory, and operational metrics.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational bottlenecks.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A completed degree and up to two years of full-time professional experience.
• Professional fluency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics, including D2C or e-commerce fulfillment.
• Experience using ERP systems or logistics software; exposure to warehouse management systems is useful.
• Experience coordinating across stakeholders such as suppliers, warehouses, and software providers.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and experience with operational process improvement or supply chain optimization.

COMPENSATION

& BENEFITS Salary range: €40,000 to €60,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany.
