Civil & Structural Lead

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory. A Master’s Degree (M.E./M.Tech) in Structural Engineering will be considered an added advantage. Experience

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in the Oil & Gas EPC industry. Exposure to Field Engineering and Basic/FEED Engineering is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Civil & Structural engineering projects with a minimum scope of 30,000 engineering man-hours and a peak team size of at least 20 personnel. Develop project schedules and effectively manage resources to achieve project milestones and delivery targets. Prepare and review engineering man-hour estimates based on project quantities and deliverables. Manage scope variations and engineering changes arising from input modifications or additional project requirements. Perform and oversee the analysis and design of steel and reinforced concrete structures, including pipe racks, shelters, technology structures, equipment foundations, and machine foundations involving dynamic analysis. Design industrial facilities such as substations, control rooms, administration buildings, and other plant infrastructure. Ensure compliance with applicable international codes, standards, and engineering best practices. Software Proficiency Mandatory

GTSTRUDL Foundation3D, Mat3D, ETABS Navisworks, SmartPlant Review (SPR) Abaqus, SAP, SolidWorks This role requires a strong technical background, proven project leadership capabilities, and extensive experience delivering Civil & Structural engineering solutions for large-scale Oil & Gas EPC projects.
