Inside Sales Representative

Support and advise existing customers while assisting with new business development. Prepare and follow up on quotations and qualify sales opportunities. Handle customer inquiries and process orders accurately and efficiently. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Collaborate closely with Sales, Applications, R&D, Manufacturing, and Finance teams.

Maintain customer and sales data in the CRM system. Support sales initiatives aimed at increasing revenue and customer satisfaction. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred Equivalent combination of education and professional experience will be considered Experience using Salesforce CRM (required or strong asset) Familiarity with ERP systems and sales tools Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to analyze data and generate reports related to sales performance Customer-focused mindset Attention to detail and data accuracy Strong time management and multitasking abilities Collaborative team player Proactive and results-driven approach *Position is West Coast- USA/Canada region , Hybrid/remote Competitive salary Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
