Job description

Conducts equipment rounding, cleaning and distribution as requested. Reports to the Manager of Patient Support Services. Job Description: Major Responsibilities a.
Transports patients and equipment to and from departments within the hospital (only) as requested/assigned. b. Assists clinical personnel in transferring patients to and from beds, chairs, wheelchairs, and stretchers. c. Picks up and delivers supplies and requisitions as requested. d. Performs associated transport equipment rounding, as well as cleaning, disinfection, and relocation of equipment to appropriate storage areas, based on established par levels, and in ready condition for patient use.
e. Transports broken and tagged equipment to appropriate location for repair and/or for notification to equipment vendor, assuring appropriate repair action is taken. f. Performs other duties as required or assigned.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent

- License and Certification BCLS within 6 months of hire Additional Qualifications Additional Skills Pay Range: $16.50 - $23.68 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
