Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager is responsible for establishing and growing Asset. Guard’s commercial building-envelope and waterproofing presence in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. This role leads specification-driven business development for proven polyurea waterproofing solutions, with emphasis on building trusted relationships with architects, engineers, envelope consultants, building owners, developers, general contractors, and other project decision-makers.

The position owns market-development strategy, specification influence, pipeline development, opportunity qualification, contract negotiation, and go-to-market coordination. The role also provides direction to estimating resources, supports estimating when needed, and partners with operations and marketing.
