Primary Teacher

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum. * Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. * Use activity-based and experiential learning methods to make concepts practical and engaging. * Encourage curiosity, creativity, critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving.

• Integrate age-appropriate technology, projects, activities, stories, games, and real-life examples into teaching. * Assess student learning through classwork, projects, activities, worksheets, and periodic assessments. * Track individual student progress and provide appropriate academic support. * Identify learning gaps and provide differentiated support to students.

• Maintain effective classroom management and discipline with a positive approach. * Encourage students to develop strong values, empathy, responsibility, confidence, and respect for others. * Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development. * Collaborate with fellow teachers, coordinators, and school leadership.

• Participate in school events, celebrations, assemblies, field trips, workshops, and co-curricular activities. * Maintain required academic records, lesson plans, assessments, and student documentation. * Contribute to the development of innovative teaching resources and classroom activities. * Promote the integration of Indian values and cultural awareness within everyday learning.

Requirements

Educational Qualification * Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in the relevant subject or education. * B.Ed./D.El.Ed. or relevant teaching qualification preferred. * Candidates with experience in CBSE schools will be preferred. Experience 2–5 years of teaching experience at the primary level is preferred. Freshers with strong subject knowledge, communication skills, and a genuine passion for teaching may also be considered.
