C# React/Angular Dev

Full Stack Developer (C# .NET & React) Location: Hadera, Israel, or Hadera with two days per week at Rafael facilities in the Karmiel area (shuttle transportation provided) Work Model: On-site only – remote work and work from home are not available.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong backend focus and at least 5 years of professional experience in C# .NET development. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in React, a solid understanding of software architecture, and the ability to develop scalable, maintainable, and high-quality software solutions.

Candidates with strong Angular experience may also be considered, provided they are willing to work with React. Some positions require a high-level security clearance. Candidates must disclose any additional or dual citizenship to determine eligibility for the relevant positions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using C# and .NET. Develop and maintain frontend applications using React. Design and implement scalable software solutions based on microservices and distributed systems. Apply SOLID principles and software engineering best practices. Develop and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reliability, including the use of AI-powered development tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Participate in system architecture and technical design discussions. Use Azure DevOps and other ALM tools to manage development and testing activities. Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

At least 5 years of professional software development experience. Proven hands-on experience with C# and .NET. Proven experience with React. Knowledge and experience with C# 8 or later. Good understanding of SOLID principles. Experience developing unit tests. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. System-level engineering perspective and the ability to understand complex software systems.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing microservices and distributed systems. Understanding of microservices-based software architecture. Familiarity with communication protocols. Experience with Azure DevOps and ALM tools for development and test management. Experience using AI tools to support software development and unit testing. Experience with Angular and willingness to transition to React, if required.
