For more information, visit www.optum.com/tri Schedule: Full-time schedule consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week.
Urgent Care hours are Monday-Saturday, 8:00 AM-8:00 PM and Sunday, 8:00 AM-6:00 PMTeam members participate in self-scheduling, with schedules typically published one month in advance through a scheduling app. Rotating weekend coverage required, with approximately three weekend shifts (Saturday or Sunday) every four weeks.
Occasional floating between Rock Hill and Newburgh locations may be required based on business needs. Centers operate 365 days per year, including holidays. Holiday coverage is assigned on a rotating basis, with premium holiday pay (1.5x base rate) Primary Responsibilities:Provides nursing care to patients/significant others via direct and/or telephone contact, following established standards and practices.
Coordinates with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, maximal coordination of efforts, and active patient participation in planning and care. Assists physician or other provider with clinical procedures and participates in patient teaching. Required Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing. New York State (NYS) license with current NYS registration, in good standing Preferred Qualifications:Current CPR/BLS certification1+ years of experience as a licensed practical nurse or two years as a medical assistant in a pertinent practice area Care.
