Behavioral Health Specialist

Under the direct supervision of the Compliance Manager, the Behavioral Health Specialist supports the Agency's compliance, quality assurance, and behavioral health systems. The Specialist conducts audits, reviews service documentation, assists with investigations, monitors compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements, and supports corrective action and quality improvement activities. The Behavioral Health Specialist uses sound judgment, critical thinking, and knowledge of behavioral health practices, regulatory requirements, and agency policies and procedures to identify areas of risk, promote quality services, and support compliance.
