Brighter Day Services – A Division of Robinson & Co., LLC Location: Baltimore & Surrounding Areas Classification: Independent Contractor (1099) Compensation: Commission + Bonuses (Uncapped) About the Role Brighter Day Services is hiring Field Sales Representatives to generate new business through door-to-door residential outreach and business-to-business sales.

This role is performance-based and designed for individuals who are confident, driven, and comfortable engaging with people in person. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing service jobs, securing recurring contracts, and representing the company in your assigned territory.
