The Payroll Specialist is a key member of the Human Resources team responsible for the accurate and timely administration of payroll and related employee data. This position manages all payroll-related activities, including collecting and reviewing employee information and time records, calculating wages, processing payroll transactions, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

The Payroll Specialist also supports HRIS administration, benefits processing, and employee verification requests while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
