Production Associate

Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assemble filters – put various types of media into pre-assembled filter frames; pour urethane and secure together by various measures, such as, bolts staples, etc.
• Clean off excess urethane from production filter frame prior to moving to the next stage (where applicable).
• Confirm frame is square based on the filter specifications provided.
• Measure and maintain correct pleat count (where applicable).
• Produce quality filters and meet Company specifications in a fast-paced environment. Follow safety rules and regulations. Perform other duties as assigned by Management. This position is in the US TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must be able to read and understand written work instructions. KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: 6 months’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: License or certificates in any of the above-mentioned trade skills are beneficial WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Must be able to lift to approximately 25-40 pounds as required.
• Must be able to stand at workstation for a long period of time.
• Must be able to use both hands on a continuous basis.
• Move arms up and down and from side to side to clean/assemble filters.
• Walks to transfer frames to the next station. Must be able to travel throughout the facility to obtain information needed to perform job functions.
