One Stop Home Repair is always looking for skilled carpenters! A bit about who we are: Company Description: One Stop Home Repair is an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan), owned entirely by employees of One Stop Home Repair, which furnishes and produces the widest range of home repair, improvement, and remodeling services in the Greater Bangor, Maine area, with plans to open other locations throughout the state.

There are 41 employees, as well as a host of subcontractors, including reception, accounting, business management, human resources, estimators, project managers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and HVAC technicians. One Stop’s organizational culture is considered key to its success and can be characterized as open, entrepreneurial, nonpolitical, fun (wins are celebrated), and accountable (performance is measured; chronic non- performers are redeployed).
