Attention to detail with a strong organizational ability. Ability to concentrate and listen amid distractions and interruptions; able to work under pressure. Ability to take complete messages; including names, numbers, etc. Ability to relay call or telephone message to correct individual. Possess good customer relations abilities, polite and courteous manner, cooperative attitude, team oriented.

High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to communicate and understand English and Spanish; including reading and writing.
