Lead II - Enterprise Solutions (Senior ServiceNow Developer)

Senior ServiceNow Developer Location: All UST Locations Experience: 6+ Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions while ensuring platform security, stability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Configure Catalog Items, Workflows, Flow Designer, approvals, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions . Implement IAM workflows, access management, role/group management, and identity lifecycle automation. Support and customize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, and SLA processes.

Manage ACLs, roles, update sets, notifications, data policies , and deployments. Perform troubleshooting, code reviews, testing, UAT support, and root-cause analysis.

Required Skills

6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience . Good to have experience in IAM, ITSM, HAM, and Employee Center . Strong JavaScript and Glide API skills. Experience with Flow Designer, UI Builder, Service Portal/Employee Center, and CMDB . Good understanding of asset lifecycle management and data modeling. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good to Have REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub experience. Exposure to HRSD, SAM, Discovery, and ATF .
