You won’t be left to figure everything out alone. You’ll join a team of psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, therapists, and clinical leaders committed to helping you succeed. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll work directly with clients in an outpatient setting while developing your clinical skills under supervision.
Responsibilities include
- Conducting psychosocial assessments and intake sessions
- Providing individual therapy, family support, and counseling services under supervision
- Participating in treatment planning with senior clinicians
- Supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families
- Coordinating care with schools, providers, and community resources
- Helping clients navigate support systems and access services
- Maintaining timely documentation in EMR systems

Requirements
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW)
- LMSW license in New York State, or clear eligibility to obtain it
- Internship, practicum, or early clinical experience in mental health, community, school, hospital, or related settings
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn EMR systems and modern workflows New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Preferred (But Not Required)
- 1+ year of related experience
- Exposure to CBT, DBT-informed, trauma-informed, or solution-focused therapy
- Bilingual / multilingual abilities
