Role Overview Seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor / Aftersales Customer Care Specialist to join our high-energy showroom team.

You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing front-desk appointment bookings, liaising between clients and workshop technicians, and driving customer satisfaction across both new and existing automotive brands.

Requirements

Strong communication and organizational skills with a customer-first mindset. Full UK Driving Licence (required for moving/allocating courtesy vehicles). Solid computer literacy for database entry, appointment logging, and processing job cards. Previous motor trade, retail, or hospitality experience is advantageous, but not essential—full accredited training is provided!

Location & Commute Base: Ashford (Free secure on-site parking) Road Links: Strategic position directly served by major routes including the A20, A28, and M20 highway, offering fast commutes across Kent. Public Transport: Excellent connections via Ashford International mainline station alongside regular regional bus routes.
