Description Contracts Accounts Payable Specialist Onsite: Fort Worth, Texas At Caregiver, Inc., our work supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living fulfilling lives. As a Contracts AP Specialist , you’ll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly.

From managing invoices to supporting audits, your work will directly contribute to the reliability, compliance, and efficiency that our teams and the people we serve depend on. What You’ll Do Manage the full accounts payable cycle from invoice receipt to payment Code invoices, obtain approvals, and enter them into the accounting system Prepare check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers Ensure compliance with AP policies, procedures, and HIPAA standards Oversee IRS 1099 reporting and compliance requirements Maintain imaging and retention of AP documentation Build strong vendor relationships and resolve payment issues Support audit requests by gathering documentation and records Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and account inquiries Assist with special projects and process improvements as needed Benefits include Employer-provided bank accounts with cash advance options (no credit check required) Up to $3,000/year in tuition reimbursement (13k max) for eligible full-time employees $10,000 employer-paid life insurance for all employees Medical, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Life Insurance options 401(k) retirement plan Ready to Apply?
