Responsibilities

Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for individual patients Provider will obtain detailed history from patients, perform physical examinations, and treat accordingly Deliver high-quality Adult and Adolescent care in collaboration with the in-office physician Requirements & Skills Board Certified A Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program Licensed to practice in the State of Indiana.

Previous experience in Occupational Medicine is a plus! DOT Medical Certification preferred or be willing to obtain Strong clinical background, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills Must have excellent multi-tasking, organizational and computer skills Employment Details Part Time or Full Time Monday
