Warehouse Administrator

Administrator – Airport Security Team Location: Manchetser Picadilly Company: Optime Group Job Type: Fulltime Hours: 30 hours per week Description Optime Group are proud to be recruiting for an Administrator to support a warehouse for Avanti Trains based at Manchester Picadilly. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to provide essential administrative support during a busy operational period.

This is a purely administrative position. Full training and access to the required software systems will be provided. Start Date: ASAP What's on Offer Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour Hours: 30 hours per week Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 Full training provided Opportunity to gain experience within a fast-paced airport security environment Key Responsibilities Providing administrative support to the warehouse team.

Filing and maintaining accurate records and documentation. Ordering supplies and processing administrative requests. Taking meeting notes and preparing documentation. Organising and scheduling meetings and appointments. Supporting managers with day-to-day administrative tasks. Using internal software systems to maintain records and complete administrative duties.

Assisting with general warehouse administration as required.

Requirements

Previous administration experience is desirable. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new software systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
